Cheap place to stay if you just want somewhere to sleep
Comfortable beds, very clean, good breakfast
The room couldn't possibly have been any smaller - there was about 6 inches between the bed and the wall. A/C did not work.

Great old building in Central Paris, but as to be expected, a little bit of noise.
The soundproofing in the hotel generally was poor and there was noise from other rooms and from the outside. However I was out most of the time and I still managed to get decent nights' sleep so not a big issue for me. Best to bring earplugs! I do appreciate that it is an old building and that it is not possible to make improvements.The room was small, but as mentioned, it did not make any difference to me being a single traveller who was out all the time. A kettle and tea/coffee in the room would have been a nice touch though .
